LifeBridge Church is seeking a Worship & Creative Pastor/Director to lead and develop teams that will create a life-giving and passionate culture of worship through the use of music, creative arts and multimedia.

LifeBridge is a growing and dynamic church family focused on building bridges in their community. Each week they welcome over 500 guests to multiple worship services, along with an online worship experience. LifeBridge is living out its vision to saturate the community with a rich & satisfying life with Jesus through a focus on families, community outreach and building authentic relationships with others.

In 2020, LifeBridge Church became part of the Water’s Edge Network; a multi-site multi-church family of Kingdom minded and missionally motivated churches working together to amplify the Hope + Life of Jesus to all. Birthed out of Central Wesleyan Church in 2015, our vision has led to a family of 11 churches working together across the globe.

The successful candidate in this role will balance the technical, administrative and creative aspects while providing spiritual leadership, care & support to the Worship & Creative teams. The Worship & Creative Pastor/Director will be a champion for the vision & mission God has given LifeBridge; proactively seeking to infuse the DNA of LifeBridge into all aspects of worship.

LifeBridge Church is located in South Haven, MI. Located on the shores of Lake Michigan, this community offers a vibrant downtown, a local agritourism industry and many outdoor activities such as cycling and golf. Conveniently located just 2 hours from Chicago, South Haven is a popular destination.
